The HomeBuilder Package

HomeBuilder is a time-limited, Australia wide, government grant to help the homebuyers & the construction market to get through the Coronavirus pandemic.

HomeBuilder will provide a grant of $25,000 towards building a new home and can be combined with the Builder Bonus and First Home Owners grants.

The Builder Bonus

The Builder Bonus is a West Australian, time-limited government grant to aid the homebuyers & the construction market to get through the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Builder Bonus provides offers  $20,000 towards building a new home, and can be combined with the HomeBuilder package and First Home Owners Grants

First Home Owner Grant 101

The FHOG is a $10,000 bonus payment that was created to help first home buyers get into a home of their own.


First Home Owner Grant Eligibility Criteria:

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, 18 years of age or over.

Must be planning to live in the home for at least six months.

Must have never owned a residential property in Australia or received this grant before in Australia.

Securing the First Home Owner Grant

Good news – most first home buyers are eligible for this grant!

You’ll never have to pay interest on it or repay this grant to the government.

It’s widely utilised across WA by those stepping into home ownership for the first time. The most you can spend on your new home whilst still being eligible for the First Home Owner Grant is $750,000 – that includes newly built homes that haven’t been lived in yet, as well as off-the-plan homes.
