    Weekly repayments are based on a house & land package price for $350,000 at the published Westpac Flexi First Option Home Loan variable rate – 2yr special offer discount on new loans with interest of 4.64% pa current at time of printing 3rd November 2022 with a 8% deposit and subject to change.
